Clint Allison, Rainscapes Founder
Clint founded Rainscapes in 1996 with a passion for providing the Greater Knoxville areas with hassle free irrigation solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in the irrigation industry, Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural-ornamental horticulture and landscape design from the University of Tennessee. He believes that serving our customers starts with hiring, training, and developing the right employees which lead to the development of Rainscapes University.
Maria Brown, COO
Maria Brown COO of Rainscapes Irrigation focuses on guiding the direction of our company to best support our staff through exemplifying our Core Values, supporting our Managers, and providing continuous opportunities for our Employees to grow. One of our biggest focuses is ensuring that Rainscapes’ proven process is always followed for our customer: Assess, Assign, Create, Deliver, and Verify.
Office Staff
Our office team members are the vital connection point between identifying our customer’s needs and getting a team member to the property with solutions. They are passionate about working with customers, working with each other, and creating seamless processes to support everything that happens in between. Positions in this department range from CSRs to Dispatchers to Administrative Support and beyond!
Service Team
Our service team members are the masters of troubleshooting irrigation systems! From residential to commercial properties, our technicians receive extensive training in-house and in-the-field through Rainscapes University to ensure that they are confident in taking high quality care of our customer’s properties. After all, our guarantee to our customer is that, “We’ll Make it Right!” Positions in this department range from a Level 1 to Level 4 Technician and beyond!
Install Team
Our install team members are the masters of designing and meeting customers needs when it comes to irrigation, drainage, and lighting solutions. These team members work diligently together to ensure that new systems are planned and executed with exceptional organization and cleanliness. We provide a 2 year warranty on all installs, so doing high quality work is a priority in this department. Positions in this department range from a Tier 1 to Foreman and beyond!
